Fitness Assessment
A fitness assessment is a series of tests that measures and monitors your current physical fitness level.  The series of tests assess the five components that make up total fitness:
  • Cardiovascular endurance
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Body composition
Assessments take approximately 45 minutes.  A fitness assessment is required to book Group Fitness sessions.
